Starter Stories: An Introduction to Sourdough

Whether you’ve always wanted to try sourdough or you’ve been too intimidated to begin, this hands-on class is for you. Together we’ll take the mystery out of caring for a sourdough starter, practice working with dough, and build the confidence to continue baking at home.
You’ll leave with your own active sourdough starter, a care and feeding guide, recipes, a Heirloom Kitchen goodie bag, and the encouragement to keep learning long after class ends.
