Welcome to my kitchen.
I’m Courtney, and I believe the best things made in a kitchen aren’t just meals—they’re memories, traditions, and the confidence to share them with someone else.
I didn’t learn to cook in culinary school. I learned from the people who came before me—my Grammy, my Nana, family, friends, and the many kitchens where recipes were shared, stories were told, and everyone was welcome at the table.
Over the years, I’ve realized that gathering people is one of my greatest joys. Whether through cooking, mentoring, or simply creating a welcoming space, I’ve always loved helping people feel comfortable enough to learn something new and confident enough to make it their own. Heirloom Kitchen was born from that passion.
My hope is that every class feels less like attending a workshop and more like spending time in a friend’s kitchen. We’ll learn together, laugh through the inevitable mistakes, celebrate the victories, and leave with more than a recipe—we’ll leave with the confidence to continue creating at home and the desire to pass what we’ve learned on to someone we love.
Because recipes are wonderful. But the traditions, memories, and connections we create around them become our true heirlooms.
